Additional Secured Parties definition

Additional Secured Parties means any Additional Agents and any Additional Creditors.
Additional Secured Parties means the holders of any Additional First Lien Obligations.
Additional Secured Parties means, at any time, subject to Section 2(b), the holders of any Additional Secured Obligations at such time, including each applicable Additional Authorized Representative.

Additional Secured Parties as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement.
