Additional Second Lien Secured Parties means, with respect to any Series of Additional Second Lien Debt, the holders of such Additional Second Lien Debt, the Second Lien Representative with respect thereto, any trustee or agent therefor under any related Additional Second Lien Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Borrower or any other Grantor under any related Additional Second Lien Documents and the holders of any other Additional Second Lien Obligations secured by the Second Lien Collateral Documents for such Series of Additional Second Lien Debt.
Additional Second Lien Secured Parties means, at any time, the Second Lien Collateral Trustee, the trustee, agent or other representative of the holders of any Series of Second Lien Debt who maintains the transfer register for such Series of Second Lien Debt, the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by any Grantor under any Additional Second Lien Document and each other holder of, or obligee in respect of, any holder or lender pursuant to any Series of Second Lien Debt outstanding at such time; provided that the Indenture Second Lien Secured Parties shall not be deemed Additional Second Lien Secured Parties.
Additional Second Lien Secured Parties means the holders of any Additional Second Lien Obligations and any trustee, authorized representative or agent of such Additional Second Lien Obligations.

More Definitions of Additional Second Lien Secured Parties
Additional Second Lien Secured Parties means the holders of any Additional Second Lien Obligations and any Authorized Representative or Collateral Agent with respect thereto, and shall include the Initial Additional Second Lien Secured Parties and the Additional Senior Class Debt Parties.
Additional Second Lien Secured Parties means any Additional Second Lien Agent, the lenders and letter of credit issuer(s) party to any Additional Second Lien Agreement and any other Person holding any Additional Second Lien Obligation or to whom any Additional Second Lien Obligation is at any time owing.
