Additional School definition

Additional School means any separately functioning school unit (whether an additional physical plant or a separately identified school unit operating within the same physical plant as another school unit) founded or created within the District after the date of execution of this Agreement.
Additional School means a school, not being on the approved Route, which has pupils who travel along all or part of the approved Route to and from that school, and as advised in writing by the Authority to the Contractor from time to time.

  • The School means the Governing Body of the School, its employees and agents. ‘The Hirer’ is the organisation or individual with whom the school is contracting.

This 4- character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts (see the FAR at Subpart 32.11) for the same concern.
