Additional Rental Payments definition

Additional Rental Payments means all amounts payable by the City as Additional Rental Payments pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Lease Agreement.

Additional Rental Payments means the amounts of additional rental which are payable by the City under Section 4.5 of the Lease or which are otherwise identified as Additional Rental Payments under the Lease.

• All Additional Rental Payments shall be payable as additional amounts of rental hereunder in consideration of the right of the City to the use and occupancy of the Site and Facilities.

More Definitions of Additional Rental Payments

Additional Rental Payments means that portion of the Rental Payments described in Section 5.2(b) of this Lease.
