Additional Receivables definition

Additional Receivables. As defined in Section 2(a).
Additional Receivables. Any retail instalment sale contract or direct purchase money loan for a Financed Vehicle that is included in the Schedule of Additional Receivables attached to a First Step Additional Receivables Assignment and all rights and obligations thereunder.

  • The total consideration payable by the Issuer to the Seller with respect to the Receivables (together with the related Ancillary Rights) on the Purchase Date shall be an amount equal to the Initial Receivables Purchase Price or the Additional Receivables Purchase Price, as applicable, of the relevant Receivables identified in the Notice of Sale.

More Definitions of Additional Receivables

Additional Receivables means those Receivables, including any Replacement Receivables, designated by the Transferor after the Original Closing Date as Additional Receivables to be sold under this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.1(c), in each case identified on the related Daily Receivables File and the related updated Receivables Schedule.
Additional Receivables means those Receivables described on Schedule 2 that Buyer has agreed to purchase notwithstanding that such Receivables are not Eligible Receivables.
Additional Receivables means, with respect to any Seller, all Receivables of such Seller arising after the close of such Seller's business on the Initial Cut-Off Date (in the case of each of the Original Sellers) or the applicable New Seller Cut-Off Date (in the case of any New Seller) through and including such Seller's Sale Termination Date.
Additional Receivables means all Receivables sold by the Seller to the Trust after the Closing Date and during the Funding Period, if any, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related assignment, delivered pursuant to the Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Additional Receivables to be funded on any Credit Date or Withdrawal Date shall be identified in the annexes (and, in the aggregate, in the schedules) to the applicable Borrowing Base and Collateral Amount Certificate delivered with respect to such Credit Date or Withdrawal Date.
Additional Receivables means Receivables that are added to the coverage of this Agreement on one or more Additional Receivables Coverage Dates.
