Additional Real Property definition

Additional Real Property has the meaning provided in Section 6.18(a).

  • In addition, Purchaser shall have the right to have the Project Site and the Additional Real Property and any tangible personal property comprising any part of the Project or the Project Assets, inspected by Purchaser or its representatives (including subsurface testing), at Purchaser’s sole cost and expense, for purposes of determining the physical condition and legal characteristics of the Project Site, Additional Real Property and any relevant tangible personal property.
