Additional Products and Services definition

Additional Products and Services means all products and services provided by GS1 South Africa other than the GS1 system, including, without limitation, all training, testing, consultancy and data synchronisation services (such as DATAnet.za, GS1 Cloud).

Examples of Additional Products and Services in a sentence

  • Upon satisfying the minimum order requirements above, Enrolled Affiliate may order Additional Products and Services.

  • Additional Products and Services or APS: means vehicle service contracts, mechanical breakdown contracts, GAP contracts, credit life and credit ac- cident and health insurance.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer or a Subsidiary of Customer may place orders with Striim for additional licenses to the Software and/or support and maintenance or training services, including but not limited to Product Use Environment Upgrades (collectively “Additional Products and Services”) by contacting Striim and executing another Order Form with Striim for the Additional Products and Services.
