Additional Portfolios definition

Additional Portfolios means means the BPB Portfolio and/or the CRO Portfolio transferred to the Issuer pursuant to the Additional Transfer Agreements.
Additional Portfolios means, collectively, the BCC Fornacette Additional Portfolio, the BCC Castagneto Additional Portfolio and the BP Lajatico Additional Portfolio.

Examples of Additional Portfolios in a sentence

  • Sales of Additional Portfolios may take place during the Revolving Period in accordance with the provisions of the Master Receivables Purchase Agreement and the relevant Receivables Purchase Agreements.

  • Instead, on each Interest Payment Date during the Revolving Period, the Available Distribution Amounts may be used to purchase Additional Portfolios in accordance with the Revolving Period Priority of Payments.

  • Because of payments on the Lease Receivables and purchase of Additional Portfolios during the Revolving Period, concentrations of Lessees in the pool may vary from the concentration that exists as of the Closing Date.

  • However, LPUK is not obliged to sell any Additional Portfolios during the Revolving Period.

  • If such amounts are not applied to purchase Additional Portfolios on the relevant Interest Payment Date, then they will be credited to the Transaction Account and recorded on the Replenishment Ledger to be used to purchase Additional Portfolios or to be applied as Available Principal Receipts on the immediately following Interest Payment Date.

  • After the service of a Purchase Termination Notice, the Issuer shall refrain from purchasing any Additional Portfolios under the Master Receivables Purchase Agreement.

  • The information relating to the Portfolios contained in this Prospectus is, unless otherwise specified, a description of the Portfolios as at the Valuation Date of the Additional Portfolios.

Related to Additional Portfolios

  • Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

  • Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Portfolio Assets means the portion of the net assets of the Fund managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to the following investment strategy as agreed to by the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser in a separately negotiated investment mandate: Emerging Markets (each a “Strategy”).

  • Program Assets means any assets, goods or property (real, tangible or intangible) purchased or financed in whole or in part (directly or indirectly) by MCC Funding.

  • Portfolio means any account, trust or other investment vehicle (except "Fund") over which the Firm has investment management discretion.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Receivable Interest means, at any date of determination, an undivided percentage ownership interest in (a) all then outstanding Pool Receivables arising prior to the time of the most recent computation or recomputation of such undivided percentage interest pursuant to Section 1.03, (b) all Related Security with respect to such Pool Receivables and (c) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, such Pool Receivables and Related Security. Each undivided percentage interest shall be computed as C + YR + LR + CAFR +DR NRPB where:

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • Permitted Receivables Related Assets means any other assets that are customarily transferred, sold and/or pledged or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted in connection with asset securitization transactions involving receivables similar to Receivables and any collections or proceeds of any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, lock-boxes, deposit accounts, records in respect of Receivables and collections in respect of Receivables).

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.

  • Loan Assets means, collectively and as applicable, the Initial Loan Assets, the Substitute Loan Assets and the Additional Loan Assets, as applicable.

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Timeshare or "timeshare property" means real property

  • Securitization Assets means any accounts receivable or other revenue streams subject to a Qualified Securitization Financing.

  • Mortgage Pool Assets (i) The Mortgage Loans (including all Substitute Mortgage Loans) identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, and all rights pertaining thereto, including the related Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Cooperative Stock Certificates, Cooperative Leases, Security Agreements, Assignments of Proprietary Lease, and Recognition Agreements, and all Monthly Payments due after the Cut-Off Date and all other payments and distributions collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans on or after the Cut-Off Date; (ii) the Certificate Account, the Investment Account, and all money, instruments, investment property, and other property credited thereto, carried therein, or deposited therein (except amounts constituting the Servicing Fee); (iii) the Custodial Accounts for P&I and any Buydown Fund Account (to the extent of the amounts on deposit or other property therein attributable to the Mortgage Loans), and all money, instruments, investment property, and other property credited thereto, carried therein, or deposited therein (except amounts constituting the Servicing Fee); (iv) all property that secured a Mortgage Loan and that has been acquired by foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure or, in the case of a Cooperative Loan, a similar form of conversion, after the Cut-Off Date; and (v) each FHA insurance policy, Primary Insurance Policy, VA guaranty, and other insurance policy related to any Mortgage Loan, and all amounts paid or payable thereunder and all proceeds thereof.
