This Plan (and related agreements) shall become effective as to each Additional Portfolio upon approval by the vote of the Board, including a majority of the Trustees of the Fund who are not interested persons (as defined in the 1940 Act) of the Fund and any other approvals that may be required by Rule 12b-1.
This Agreement shall become effective with respect to each Initial Portfolio on the later of the date of its execution or the date of the commencement of operations of the Initial Portfolio and with respect to any Additional Portfolio, on the later of the date Schedule A is amended to reflect such Additional Portfolio in accordance with Paragraph 14 of the Agreement or the date of the commencement of operations of the Additional Portfolio.
