Additional Phases means the additional acreage that may be added to the development in one or more Phases at the sole discretion of the Developer, containing up to 312, more or less, lots, together with the Common Areas as shown on the Plats for additional Units to be filed in connection therewith.

  • Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.
