Additional Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a). “Additional Work” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a).

Upon completion of Additional Improvements, if any, the Lessee shall promptly comply with the requirements of Section 3.5 and request the appropriate officers of the City to reassess the Improvements.
