Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent definition

Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent means the Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent in the form attached as an exhibit to the Security Agreement, dated as of the Issue Date, and executed by the Trustee, as Authorized Representative of the Holders, the First Lien Collateral Agent, the Issuer and the grantors party thereto.
Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent means a consent in the form of Annex F to the Security Agreement.
Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent means the Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent, to be dated as of the Closing Date, substantially in the form of Annex D to the Security Agreement among the Company, each of the Grantors party thereto, Bank of America, N.A., as First Lien Collateral Agent, and the Trustee.

  • All communications and notices hereunder to any Pledgor shall be given to it in care of the Company at the Company’s address set forth in Section 14.2 of the Credit Agreement (whether or not then in effect) and all notices to any holder of obligations under any Additional First Lien Agreements, at its address set forth in the Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent to the Security Agreement, as such address may be changed by written notice to the Collateral Agent and the Company.

  • All notices to any holder of Additional First Lien Obligations shall be given to it in care of the applicable Authorized Representative at such Authorized Representative’s address set forth in the applicable Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent or Additional First Lien Agreement, as the case may be, as such address may be changed by written notice to the Collateral Agent and the Borrower.

Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent means the Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent substantially in the form attached as an exhibit to the Security Agreement (and as modified, attached here as Exhibit C), dated as of the Issue Date, and executed by the Trustee, as Authorized Representative of the Holders, the First Lien Collateral Agent, the Issuer and the grantors party thereto.

Related to Additional First Lien Secured Party Consent

  • Additional First Lien Secured Party means the holders of any Additional First-Lien Obligations and any Authorized Representative with respect thereto, and shall include the Initial Additional First-Lien Secured Parties.

  • Additional First Lien Secured Parties means the holders of any Additional First Lien Obligations and any trustee, authorized representative or agent of such Additional First Lien Obligations.
