Additional Facility Accession Agreement definition

Additional Facility Accession Agreement means a document substantially in the form of Schedule 9 (Form of Additional Facility Accession Agreement), with such amendments as the Facility Agent or the relevant Lenders under such Additional Facility and the Company may approve or reasonably require.
Additional Facility Accession Agreement means a deed in the form of Part 3 of Schedule 7.
Additional Facility Accession Agreement means a deed in the form of Part 4 of Schedule 5, with such amendments as the Facility Agent may approve or reasonably require.
