Additional Facilities definition

Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

Additional Facilities means the facilities such as service stations, motels, restaurants, shopping areas and amusement parks which the Concessionaire may, in its discretion and subject to Applicable Laws, provide or procure for the benefit of the Users, and which are in addition to the Project Facilities, and not situated on the Site;

Additional Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A hereto. “Adverse Determination” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.7(b) hereof.

Examples of Additional Facilities in a sentence

• The Parties shall amend, in a writing signed by both Parties, the appropriate schedule to include such Additional Services or Additional Facilities (including the terms thereof and the termination date with respect thereto, which, for clarity, shall be no later than the end of the Term) and such Additional Services and Additional Facilities shall be deemed Services or Facilities, as applicable.

• Accordingly, the Provider requested to provide such Additional Services or Additional Facilities shall provide, or cause to be provided, such Additional Services or Additional Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• All such Additional Facilities shall be subject to the reasonable approval of Landlord so as not to impair the operation of the premises for the Primary Intended Use.

• Additional Borrowers may be incorporated in the Kingdom of Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg or, in relation to any new Additional Facilities, in the United Kingdom.

• Additional Creditors may, upon compliance with the relevant provisions of the Secured Agreements, become "Secured Parties" hereunder by executing and delivering to the Collateral Agent and to each of the then existing Secured Parties (a) a joinder agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and (b) a copy of the Additional Facility or Additional Facilities to which such Person is a party.
