Additional Extension definition

Additional Extension has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c)(ii).
Additional Extension means the period of years added to the primary term of a lease beyond the first 10 years and subsequent 5-year initial extension of a geothermal lease. The additional extension may not exceed 5 years. Byproducts are minerals (exclusive of oil, hydrocarbon gas, and helium), found in solution or in association with geothermal steam, that no person would extract and produce by themselves because they are worth less than 75 percent of the value of the geothermal steam or because extraction and production would be too difficult. Casual use means activities that ordinarily lead to no significant disturbance of Federal lands, resources, or improvements. Commercial operation means delivering Federal geothermal resources, or electricity or other benefits derived from those resources, for sale. This term also includes delivering resources to the utilization point, if you are utilizing Federal geothermal resources for your own benefit and not selling energy to another entity. Commercial production means production of geothermal resources when the economic benefits from the production are greater than the cost of production. Commercial production or generation of electricity means generation of electricity that is sold or is subject to sale, including the electricity or energy that is reasonably required to produce the resource used in production of electricity for sale or to convert the resource into electrical energy for sale. Examples of Additional Extension in a sentence

  • If Buyer fails to provide a Notice of Buyer’s acceptance or rejection, then Seller’s Notice of Additional Extension shall be deemed accepted.

  • If Buyer provides Seller with Notice of Xxxxx’s rejection of the Additional Extension, then Seller may be subject to an Event of Default.

  • Request for an Additional Extension of Time Under certain hardship conditions you may apply for an additional 30-day extension if the initial extension of time to file is granted and the additional extension is filed before the expiration of the automatic 30 day extension.

  • Federal Forms 2758 and 4868 are not acceptable substitutes.If you have filed Form IT-370-PF and still need more time, use Form IT-372-PF, Application for Additional Extension of Time to File for Partnerships and Fiduciaries to request up to an additional three months to file.

More Definitions of Additional Extension

Additional Extension is defined in Section 5.19.
Additional Extension means each extension of the deadline by which the Acquiror must complete a business combination in accordance with its Governing Documents for one (1) month, as approved by the Acquiror Board as contemplated by the Extension Proxy.
