Additional Dollar Notes definition

Additional Dollar Notes means Dollar Notes (other than the Initial Dollar Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued pursuant to an exchange offer for such Initial Dollar Notes under this Indenture or issuances under Section 2.07 or 2.16) issued under this Indenture from time to time in accordance with Sections 2.01, 2.02, 2.18 and 4.12 hereof.
Additional Dollar Notes means additional Dollar Notes (other than the Initial Dollar Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued for such Initial Dollar Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01 hereof.
Additional Dollar Notes means the additional Dollar Notes (other than the Initial Dollar Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01(e) and Section 2.02, as part of the same class as the Initial Dollar Notes.

  • Such Additional Dollar Notes shall rank pari passu with the Original Dollar Notes and with the same terms as to status, redemption and otherwise as such Original Dollar Notes (except for the date of issuance).

Additional Dollar Notes means Additional Notes that are Dollar Notes.
Additional Dollar Notes means, subject to the Company's compliance with Section 4.03, 12-1/4% Senior Subordinated Securities Due 2010 issued from time to time after the Issue Date under the terms of the Dollar Notes Indenture (other than pursuant to Section 2.06, 2.07, 2.09 or 3.06 of the Dollar Notes Indenture and other than Dollar Notes Exchange Securities or Dollar Notes Private Exchange Securities (in each case as defined in the Dollar Notes Indenture) issued pursuant to an exchange offer for other Dollar Notes outstanding under the Dollar Notes Indenture).
Additional Dollar Notes means any Dollar Notes issued by the Company pursuant to Section 316.
Additional Dollar Notes means up to $|X| aggregate principal amount of |X|% Senior Dollar Notes due 2009 issued under the terms of this Indenture after the Closing Date.
