Additional Class A Notes definition

Additional Class A Notes has the meaning specified in Clause 2.1(e)(i) (Conditions to Issuance of Additional Issuer Notes) of the Issuer Facility Agreement.
Additional Class A Notes means Additional Notes consisting of Class A Notes.
Additional Class A Notes means the Atlas PhaRMASM Senior Secured 12.25% Notes due 2027 of the Issuer, if any, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture, issued pursuant to Section 2.1(g) of the Indenture.

Examples of Additional Class A Notes in a sentence

  • Upon the issuance of any such Additional Class A Notes, the Class A Maximum Principal Amount shall be increased by the Class A Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount for any such Class A Investor Group or the amount of any such Class A Investor Group Maximum Principal Increase, as applicable.

  • The aggregate principal amount of Additional Class A Notes and/or Additional Subordinated Interests to be issued on any Additional Issuance Date may not exceed the aggregate principal amount of the corresponding increase in the outstanding principal amount of the Collateral Certificate.

  • Upon the issuance of any Additional Class A Notes Notes, the Class A Maximum Principal Account shall be increased by an amount equal to the Class A Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount with respect to the related Class A Additional Investor Group.

  • Additional Class A Notes shall bear a face amount equal to up to the Class A Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount with respect to the related Class A Additional Investor Group and shall initially be issued in a principal amount equal to the Class A Additional Investor Group Initial Principal Amount with respect to such Class A Additional Investor Group.

Additional Class A Notes means any new Class A Notes issued by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 17 (Additional Issuances).

  • Class B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Initial Class B Note Balance means $163,150,000.

  • Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $115,000,000.

  • Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.

  • Class A Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 4.15% per annum with respect to the Class A Notes.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $152,941,000.

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A Note means any Class A-1 Note, Class A-2 Note, Class A-3 Note or Class A-4 Note.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class A Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class A Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the outstanding principal balance of the class A notes, less all amounts, other than investment earnings, on deposit in the accumulation account.In addition, on the maturity date for any class of class A notes, the principal required to be distributed to the related noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of that class to zero.

  • Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Accrued Class A Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Class A Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the interest rate applicable for each related class of notes from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Tranche A Notes is defined in Section 1.1.

  • Class A Note Initial Principal Balance means $750,000,000.

  • Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 1.04% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
