Additional Cash Collateral Account definition

Additional Cash Collateral Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.11(a.1).
Additional Cash Collateral Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Cash Management Agreement.
Additional Cash Collateral Account means, in relation to an Additional Borrower and its Additional Ship, an interest bearing Dollar account of an Additional Borrower opened or (as the context may require) to be opened with the Account Bank and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designed in writing by the Agent to be an Additional Cash Collateral Account for that Additional Borrower and its Additional Ship for the purposes of this Agreement, and “Additional Cash Collateral Accounts” means any or all of them;

Examples of Additional Cash Collateral Account in a sentence

  • Bank will have sole dominion and control over all items and funds in the Additional Cash Collateral Account and such items and funds may be withdrawn only by Bank.

  • The Trustee shall maintain for the benefit of the Series 1997-7 Certificateholders and each Additional Cash Collateral Depositor possession of the negotiable instruments or securities, if any, evidencing the Cash Collateral Account Investments in the related Additional Cash Collateral Account.

  • Neither the application by Agent of sums on deposit in the Additional Cash Collateral Account to the Obligations nor the application of proceeds of a Cash Sweep Letter of Credit to the Obligations shall be subject to payment of a Prepayment Fee.

  • Funds on deposit in each Additional Cash Collateral Account on any Transfer Date, after giving effect to any withdrawals from such Additional Cash Collateral Account on such Transfer Date, shall be invested in such investments that will mature so that such funds will be available for withdrawal on or prior to the following Transfer Date.

  • On each Transfer Date, all interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) accrued since the preceding Transfer Date on funds on deposit in each Additional Cash Collateral Account shall be paid to the related Additional Cash Collateral Depositor for application in accordance with the related Additional Loan Agreement.

  • In addition to any reserves instituted or deposits made pursuant to subsection (a) hereof, on November 30, 2006, at Borrowers’ sole option, (i) Bank shall institute a reserve against Eligible Receivables or Eligible Inventory in an amount equal to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) or (ii) Borrower shall deposit into the Additional Cash Collateral Account an amount equal to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).

  • Items and funds in the Additional Cash Collateral Account shall be referred to herein as the “Additional Cash Collateral”.

  • For purposes of determining the availability of funds or the balances in each Additional Cash Collateral Account for any reason under this Series Supplement, all investment earnings on such funds shall be deemed not to be available or on deposit.

Related to Additional Cash Collateral Account

  • L/C Cash Collateral Account means an account of the Borrower to be maintained with the Administrative Agent, in the name of the Administrative Agent and under the sole control and dominion of the Administrative Agent and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Cash Collateral Account means a blocked account at a commercial bank specified by the Administrative Agent in the name of the Administrative Agent and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, and otherwise established in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Cash Collateral Accounts shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9(a).

  • Class A Cash Collateral Account means, in respect of the Class A Liquidity Facility, an Eligible Deposit Account in the name of the Subordination Agent maintained at an Eligible Institution, which shall be the Subordination Agent if it so qualifies, into which amounts shall be deposited as referred to in Section 3.05(f).

  • Cash Collateral Account Agreement With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the cash collateral account agreement, if any, between the originator of such Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgagor, pursuant to which the related Cash Collateral Account, if any, may have been established.

  • LC Collateral Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(j).

  • Facility LC Collateral Account is defined in Section 2.19.11.

  • Required Cash Collateral Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.7(c).

  • Initial Collateral Amount means $1,000,000,000, which equals the sum of (i) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, (ii) the Class B Note Initial Principal Balance, (iii) the Class C Note Initial Principal Balance and (iv) the Initial Excess Collateral Amount.

  • Required Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Reserve Account Funding Date, an amount equal to (1) 0.50% of the Class A Invested Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all changes therein on such date) or (2) any other percentage (which may be 0%) of the Class A Invested Amount designated by the Transferors, provided that if such percentage is less than the percentage specified in clause (1) above, the Transferors shall have received the prior written consent of the Collateral Interest Holder and written notice from each Rating Agency that the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such designation and shall have delivered copies of each such written notice to the Servicer and the Trustee.

  • Replacement Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.
