Additional Capacity definition

Additional Capacity means, in relation to the Network, the capability of the Network to carry additional task by an enhancement or improvement of the infrastructure forming part of the Network or Associated Facilities;
Additional Capacity means capacity of entry or exit point made available in the event of congestion management, or in the event of submission of nominations capacity in excess of the network user's booked capacity.
