Additional Asset definition

Additional Asset has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16(b).

Additional Asset means any asset (other than Identified Asset) that meet the Eligibility Criteria.

Examples of Additional Asset in a sentence

• All references therein to Additional Asset Pool One Accounts shall be deemed to include the Additional Accounts designated hereby and all references therein to Asset Pool One Receivables shall be deemed to include the Receivables pledged hereby.

More Definitions of Additional Asset

Additional Asset. Means any Transferred Assets (other than Replacement Assets) transferred to the Trust on any Transfer Date after the Closing Date, including, but not limited to, each Additional Contract, Additional Equipment and the Related Assets thereto.

Additional Asset shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 7(b) hereof.

Additional Asset means any real property, improvement thereto or tangible personal property used in the Credit Parties' respective businesses.

Additional Asset means (a) any Property (other than Debt and Capital Stock) used in a Telecommunications Business, as determined in good faith by the Management Board and certified with an Officer's Certificate; (b) Capital Stock of a Person that becomes a Restricted Subsidiary as a result of the acquisition of such Capital Stock by the Guarantor or another Restricted Subsidiary; or (c) Capital Stock constituting a minority interest in any Person that at such time is a Restricted Subsidiary; provided, however, that, in the case of clauses (b) and (c), such Restricted Subsidiary is primarily engaged in a Telecommunications Business as determined in good faith by the Management Board and certified with an Officer's Certificate.
