Additional Activities definition

Additional Activities is defined in Section III.C.2.a. “Additional Areas” is defined in Section III.C.2.b. “Additional Services” is defined in Section III.C.2.

Additional Activities. To address other events that arise out of the military member’s covered active duty or call to covered active duty provided the employer and employee agree that the absence will qualify as an exigency, and agree to both the timing and duration of the absence.

Additional Activities has the meaning given to that term in clause 6.9(a)(i).

Examples of Additional Activities in a sentence

• Travel related to the provision of or access to Essential Activities, Essential Governmental Functions, Essential Businesses, Minimum Basic Operations, Outdoor Activities, Outdoor Businesses, Additional Activities, and Additional Businesses.

• All public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring outside a single Household are prohibited, except as expressly permitted in this Order including, but not limited to, gatherings allowed as Additional Activities in Appendix C-2.

• The health-related basis for selection of Additional Activities and the specific requirements for risk mitigation are summarized below.

• If the Principal has furthermore incurred expenses in relation with the fact that the Logistic Service Provider did not perform the Logistic Services and/or the Additional Activities in the agreed manner, time and place, the Logistic Service Provider is liable to pay these costs up to an amount to be agreed at the time of the entering into the Logistic Service Agreement.
