Added Amount at any time, an amount equal to 10% of the sum of (a) ------------ aggregate Acquisition Consideration given subsequent to the date hereof in connection with acquisitions of Encumbered Subsidiaries permitted by subsection 7.6(g)(iv) plus (b) the aggregate appraised value (as set forth ---- in the appraisals furnished pursuant to subsection 6.11) of the properties that are the subject of operating leases entered into subsequent to the date hereof under which any Encumbered Subsidiary is the lessee.
