Adaptive Management Plan means a plan which describes the process for necessary management decisions, but remains flexible to address uncertainties and unexpected impacts that may occur over time.

Adaptive Management Plan means a management strategy to address unforeseen changes in site conditions or other components of the compensatory mitigation project, including the Party or Parties responsible for implementing Adaptive Management measures.
