Adaptive Broadband or any similar Name and to all corporate symbols or logos (collectively, "Logos") incorporating Adaptive Broadband or any similar name. Examples of Adaptive Broadband in a sentence

  • All payments by Buyer will be made to Adaptive Broadband pursuant to the payment terms and conditions set forth in Adaptive Broadband's Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C.

  • Without limiting the other provisions of this Agreement, any ideas, concepts, inventions, know-how, data-processing and other techniques, software or documentation developed by Adaptive Broadband (alone or jointly with Buyer) in connection with any Products or Services will be the exclusive property of Adaptive Broadband.

  • Buyer will promptly indemnify Adaptive Broadband for all damages, fines, and related expenses (including attorneys' fees) resulting from or arising out of Buyer's violation of any such law, rule or regulation or breach of this paragraph.

  • All prices are FOB Adaptive Broadband's relevant facility or its supplier's dock, as may be specified by Adaptive Broadband, and are valid for the term of this Agreement.

Adaptive Broadband. Knows" of a fact only if one of its corporate officers has timely evidence of the fact, without any duty to investigate. "AB-Access Product with Data Envelope Interface Enhancements" means a Product configured with the following functionalities ("Functionalities"): For subscriber unit Products: o Pass-through forwarding of all upstream traffic o Isolation of layer 2 data streams for upstream traffic For access point Products: o Pass-thru upstream forwarding of all upstream traffic o Layer two learning bridge functionality applied to all downstream traffic o Layer two learning bridge implementation using the multiplexing of a single 1483 bridge mapping multiple ATM PVCs among all learned addresses contained in the layer two bridge table.

Related to Adaptive Broadband

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Digital Wallet means an electronic payment service that allows you to store a digital version of your Card on a computer or device and make payments using that Digital Card. Digital Wallets may be operated by third party Digital Wallet providers and are available on supported devices.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer.   • Cisco “we” “our” or “us” means Cisco Systems, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate(s).

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.
