Ad Hoc Committee Advisors definition

Ad Hoc Committee Advisors means, collectively, (i) Stroock, as counsel to the Ad Hoc Committee, (ii) Ducera, as financial advisor to the Ad Hoc Committee, and (iii) such other professionals that may be retained by the Ad Hoc Committee with the prior written consent of the Debtors, not to be unreasonably withheld.
