Actuarial Analyses definition

Actuarial Analyses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(b).
Actuarial Analyses means all actuarial reports prepared by actuaries, independent or otherwise, with respect to a party’s Insurance Subsidiaries, and all material attachments, addenda, supplements and modifications thereto.
Actuarial Analyses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(c).
