Actual Selling Price means, with respect to any Product (other than Samples), the invoiced sales price, net of any discounts actually taken, which FHC or its affiliate charges to an unaffiliated customer for purchase of such Product.
Actual Selling Price means AngioDynamics’ actual revenues from the sale of each concentration of Product in any particular Calendar Quarter exclusive of trade discounts (in the nature of discounts for prompt payment).
