Actual Reduction definition

Actual Reduction means, in respect of a Half Hour during a DR Period, Ramp- Down Period or Ramp-Up Period, the amount by which NZAS has reduced Consumption for that separate Half Hour, calculated as M – D, where: M = the lower of (i) the average of the Volume Consumed in each Half Hour during the Reference Period (expressed in MWh per Half Hour) or (ii) 286 MWh per Half Hour. D = the average of the Volume Consumed in that separate Half Hour during the DR Period, Ramp- Down Period or Ramp-Up Period.
Actual Reduction has the meaning given to it in limb (b)(i) of the definition of Base Relevant Insurance Reduction;
Actual Reduction means, in respect of a Calculation Period during a DR Period, the amount by which NZAS has reduced Consumption for that Calculation Period, calculated as M – D, where: M = the average of the Volume Consumed in each Calculation Period during the Reference Period. D = the average of the Volume Consumed in that Calculation Period. If (M – D) for a Calculation Period is a negative number, the Actual Reduction for the Calculation Period shall be deemed to be zero.

Examples of Actual Reduction in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision of the Program or the Plan to the contrary, the Committee may determine, in its sole discretion, to grant stock options representing a number of shares of Company Stock with a Black Scholes value equal to the Actual Reduction Amount, based on the current Fair Market Value of a share of Company Stock on the Date of Grant, in accordance with, and subject to, such terms and conditions as the Committee deems appropriate.

  • If Actual Reduction ≥ (50% * Reduction Target) AND < (Reduction Target), then Measure Score is equal to: (Actual Reduction - (50% * Reduction Target)) / (Reduction Target - (50% * Reduction Target)) For example, if the State achieves less than 50% of the Reduction Target, then the measure score will be equal to 0%.

  • Appraisal Reduction Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Class Y Principal Reduction Amounts For any Distribution Date, the amounts by which the Class Principal Balances of the Class Y-1 and Class Y-2 Regular Interests, respectively, will be reduced on such Distribution Date by the allocation of Realized Losses and the distribution of principal, determined as described in Appendix 1.

If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Mortgage Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Companion Loan(s). If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan and any other Serviced Companion Loan(s) included as part of that Serviced Loan Combination. No Appraisal Reduction Event may occur at any time when the aggregate Certificate Balance of all Classes of Principal Balance Certificates (other than the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-AB Certificates) has been reduced to zero. The Special Servicer shall notify the Master Servicer and the Master Servicer shall notify the Special Servicer, as applicable, promptly upon the occurrence of any of the foregoing events.

  • Density bonus means a floor area ratio bonus over the otherwise maximum allowable density permitted under the applicable zoning ordinance and land use elements of the general plan of a city, including a charter city, city and county, or county of:

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

  • Special compensation means payment to an adult foster care facility to ensure the provision of a specialized program in addition to the basic payment for adult foster care. Special compensation does not include payment received directly from the Medicaid program for personal care services for a resident, or payment received under the supplemental security income program.

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Load Reduction Event means a reduction in demand by a Member or Special Member for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Severance Multiple means 2.50; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, for each full month that elapses during the period beginning on the date the Executive attains age 63 and ending on the date the Executive attains age 65, the Severance Multiple shall be reduced by an amount equal to the product of (i) 1/24 and (ii) the excess of (A) the original Severance Multiple set forth above over (B) 1.0 (rounded to the nearest hundredth).
