Actual Received Quantity definition

Actual Received Quantity means the actual quantity of Gas, as allocated and determined by the Service Provider, made available and received or deemed to be received by the Service Provider from or on behalf of the Shipper under a Service at a relevant Receipt Point for a Day.
Actual Received Quantity means, in respect of a relevant Receipt Point on a Day, the aggregate of all Actual Hourly Received Quantities for that Day. Additional MDQ is defined in clause 6.3(a)(i).
Actual Received Quantity or ARQ means the actual quantity of Gas, as allocated and determined by the Transporter in accordance with this agreement, made available and received or deemed to be received by the Transporter from or on behalf of the Shipper in respect of a Service at a relevant Receipt Point for a Day.

  • Actual Received Quantity means the actual quantity of Natural Gas made available and received or deemed to be received by the Service Providers from or on behalf of the Shipper at a relevant Receipt Point for a Day.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.
