Examples of Actual Readiness in a sentence

  • In the event of any delay from the Buyer's failure to give proper notices and/or the Vessel's failure to be in Actual Readiness within six (6) hours of the Confirmed Delivery Time and/or the Vessel failing to receive Marine Fuels at the pumping rate and pressure referred to in clause 7(e), the Seller shall be entitled to compensation from the Buyer from any loss suffered as a result of that delay.

  • Where no Confirmed Delivery Time has been agreed, the Seller shall commence delivery within twelve (12) hours of the Buyer's time of Actual Readiness.

  • Where the time of Actual Readiness is not within six (6) hours of the Confirmed Delivery Time, the Seller shall commence delivery within twelve (12) hours of either the Confirmed Delivery Time or the time of Actual Readiness, whichever is later.
