Actual Production definition

Actual Production. The amount, in MWh, of the total electric energy production of the Bid Facility during any period within a Contract Year.

Actual Production means the amount of material measured in metric tonnes removed from the Land during a Production Period, as verified in the Production Report for that Production Period. BCHMA SCHEDULE C - QUARRY LICENCE 1

• For the avoidance of doubt, the only products Seller is selling and NYSERDA is buying under this Agreement are ORECs and all rights, title, and interest associated with those ORECs and the Environmental Attributes of the Actual Production as further described in Section 2.04.

• Accordingly, Seller shall not sell, transfer, retire or otherwise dispose of any Environmental Attributes associated with the Actual Production during the Contract Term unless approved by NYSERDA or if such other Environmental Attributes are associated with energy produced in excess of the Annual OREC Cap.

Actual Production means for any period, the actual net electrical production, in kWh, of the System.

Actual Production means, with respect to a particular Unit, the number of ounces of gold produced during the Plan Year, as calculated by the Company and approved by the Compensation Committee.

Actual Production means the actual output of the Facility (expressed in MWhs), measured at the Delivery Point, over the Production Measurement Period. Actual Production shall be measured by the Seller Metering Equipment, and adjusted as applicable in accordance with Section 7.4.
