Actual Payment Date definition

Actual Payment Date means, in relation to each Note in a Tranche of Notes, the earlier of (A) the date on which the full amount due and payable by the Issuer to the Noteholder of such Note under the Applicable Terms and Conditions has been paid to the Noteholder of such Note or (B) if such Note is held in the Central Securities Depository, the date on which the full amount due and payable by the Issuer to the Noteholder of such Note under the Applicable Terms and Conditions has been paid to the Central Securities Depository and (in the circumstances set out in Condition 8.5 (Default interest)) notice to that effect has been given by the Issuer to the Noteholder of such Note (in the manner set out in Condition19 (Notices));
Actual Payment Date means the date on which the Transfer Amount is actually transferred to the Buyer's Scheme;
Actual Payment Date means, in relation to all or any of the Notes in a Tranche of Notes (as applicable), the date on which any amount which is due and payable by the Issuer to the Noteholder/s of such Note/s under the Applicable Terms and Conditions is actually paid to the Noteholder/s of such Note/s, and "Actual Redemption Date" means the Actual Payment Date of the Redemption Amount which is due and payable by the Issuer to the Noteholder/s of such Note/s;

Examples of Actual Payment Date in a sentence

  • The outstanding principal amount of each such Bond shall be reduced by the Instalment Amount with effect from the relevant Instalment Date, unless payment of the Instalment Amount is improperly withheld or refused, in which case such amount shall remain outstanding until the Actual Payment Date relating to such Instalment Amount.

  • A benefit payable in a form subject to Code section 417(e)(3) will be the greater of the amount calculated using the definition of Actuarial Equivalence applicable to the Actual Payment Date and the amount calculated using the definition of Actuarial Equivalence applicable to the Retroactive Annuity Starting Date.

More Definitions of Actual Payment Date

Actual Payment Date means the date on which the payments referred to in Clause 6.2 (Payments) are paid by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of this Deed (and, if paid on more than one day, then on the day on which the last such payment is made).

  • Actual Payment means, with respect to a Receivable and a Collection Period, all payments received by the Servicer from or for the account of the related Obligor on such Receivable during such Collection Period, net of any Supplemental Servicing Fees attributable to such Receivable.
