Actual Due Date definition

Actual Due Date means a date (if any) specified by your Payee by which your payment is due (e.g., on the Payee’s xxxx or statement, excluding any late date or grace period date). We may set a maximum dollar amount for payment and/or refuse to permit any xxxx payment if we reasonably believe such refusal is necessary or advisable for security reasons.

  • It is your responsibility to select a Due Date so that the payment will arrive by any Actual Due Date.
