Actual Direct Costs definition

Actual Direct Costs means separate and distinct from user fees and include actual District expenses that the District would not have otherwise incurred except for the permitted nonschool use of a District facility. By way of example and not by way of limitation, they include such expenses as personnel services and utility costs. Actual direct costs shall not be subject to waiver except as permit- ted under LIMITED WAIVER OF PERSONNEL SERVICES, below.
Actual Direct Costs means amounts actually incurred and paid by Contractor for the direct costs of providing the Services. Actual Direct Costs include salaries and fringe benefits for direct labor and materials, supplies, and other costs specifically provided for in the Annual Cost Proposals submitted by Contractor and approved by Director. Contractor and Commission agree that Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) shall govern the resolution of any disputes regarding the definition and classification of any cost.
Actual Direct Costs means the actual expenses paid or incurred by Landlord for Operating Costs during any Lease Year of the term thereof.

Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.

  • Project Revenue means all net rents, proceeds, revenue and other income derived by the City by virtue of any lease, sale, conveyance or other disposition of any part of the Project, plus all sums received by the City as a result of damage to or destruction or condemnation of the Project, but shall not mean any part of the Tax Revenue.

  • Actual Costs as used herein shall mean those costs that were reasonably incurred in order to protect the honesty and integrity of the gaming being operated by Tribe under, and to monitor the Tribe’s compliance with, the Compact.   • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the calendar year involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
