Actual Capital Costs definition

Actual Capital Costs means those costs which are to be incurred by the CAB for the purpose of planning, designing, constructing, financing, and acquiring the Public Improvements, including, but not limited to, the following:
Actual Capital Costs means the sum of all Capital Costs actually incurred by or on behalf of Seller to complete construction of the Facility in its Phase 1 and Phase 2 configurations.
Actual Capital Costs means the total Capital Costs of the Transmission Assets or any of them, as at First Commercial Power, as applicable, and as reduced by the value of any financial assistance in the form of a direct subsidy or other kind of cash contribution from the Government of Canada but excluding any loans or loan guarantees;

  • Capital Costs means an add-on to the blended base amount, which shall compensate for Medicaid’s portion of capital costs. Capital costs for buildings, fixtures and movable equipment are defined in the hospital’s base year cost report, are case-mix adjusted, are adjusted to reflect 80 percent of allowable costs, and are adjusted to be no greater than one standard deviation off the mean Medicaid blended capital rate.

  • Unreturned Capital Contributions means, as to each Member, the aggregate Capital Contributions made to the Company by such Member minus the aggregate distributions of such Capital Contributions made to such Member from the Company pursuant to Sections 3.2(b) and 6.2(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Net Capital Expenditures means for any period the amount by which Capital Expenditures during such period exceeds reimbursements for such items during such period from any fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.
