Activity Delivery Costs definition

Activity Delivery Costs means staff costs incurred by the Public Agency that are directly related to implementing specific Capital Project and Program Costs. They may include costs such as project document preparation, project underwriting, construction management, inspections, or reporting to the Department.
Activity Delivery Costs means staff costs directly related to implementing specific Capital Projects and Program Costs incurred by a Recipient who is a Public Agency. Eligible Activity Delivery Costs include project document preparation, project underwriting, construction management, inspections, or reporting to the Department.
Activity Delivery Costs means the actual implementation and delivery costs, including staff and overhead cost, directly related to carrying out activities under 24 CFR 570.201. These costs are eligible for Grant Funding as part of such activities and are specifically excluded from the definition ofadministrative costs set forth in 24 CFR 570.206.

  • Any approved “grant” amount for lead-based paint evaluation and reduction activities or for relocation assistance shall be included in this amount, as shall Activity Delivery Costs.
