Actively promote or “active promotion” means to regularly undertake specific identifiable actions that encourage greater participation in an activity or that make an activity more visible and accessible. Active promotion includes the planning, organizing, advertising, marketing, managing, hosting, and sponsoring of a nonprofessional sporting event.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall this provision prevent SCHWAB from concurrently or subsequently offering and selling to a Contract owner any non-insurance product, whether or not offered by FIRST GREAT-WEST or its affiliates. This provision shall survive the termination of this Agreement other than pursuant to Sections 7.2(a)(iii), 7.2(b) or 7.3 hereof.
