Active Material Cost definition

Active Material Cost means Client’s cost to purchase and deliver to Halo Active Material, which cost is set forth on Schedule B.
Active Material Cost means Client’s cost to purchase and deliver to AAA Active Material, which cost is set forth on Schedule B. “Affiliate” of a party means a business entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such party, where “control” means the ownership of shares or other ownership interests or rights carrying at least a majority of the votes in respect of the election of the directors of a corporation or the equivalent managers of any other business form. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this definition, Affiliates of AAA shall exclude any shareholders of AAA Pharmaceutical, Inc. and any business entity that would, but for this sentence, be an Affiliate of AAA solely by reason of its Affiliation with such shareholders.
Active Material Cost means the value to be attributed to the API for the purposes of Schedule 3 (line item G) of this Agreement, as set forth in Schedule 4 hereto.

Related to Active Material Cost

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Radioactive material means any solid, liquid, or gas which emits radiation spontaneously.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Explosive material means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Source material milling means any activity that results in the production of byproduct material as defined by definition (2) of byproduct material.

  • Product Backlog means a list of those Stories that do not form part of the current Sprint Plan at that time and which are to form the subject of a future Sprint, either in the current Release at that time or a subsequent Release;

  • Airborne radioactive material means any radioactive material dispersed in the air in the form of dusts, fumes, particulates, mists, vapors, or gases.

  • Investigational Product means the Study Drug identified above and the control material, as further detailed in the Protocol;

  • Current Good Manufacturing Practices or “cGMP” means applicable Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and/or the EU Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and any successor legislation from time to time, prevailing at the time of the manufacture of the Product.

  • Normal form radioactive material means radioactive material that has not been demonstrated to qualify as special form radioactive material.

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Material Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

  • Product Inventory means all inventory owned as of the Closing by Seller or any Affiliate thereof of finished Product that is in conformance with the Specifications and has an expiration date of October 1, 2016 or later, regardless of whether such inventory is held at a location or facility of Seller or any Affiliate (or of any other Person on behalf of Seller or any Affiliate, including in any of Seller’s warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or consignees) or in transit to or from Seller or any Affiliate (or any such other Person).

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Major Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 5.27.

  • Material Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(a).

  • Special form radioactive material means radioactive material that satisfies the following conditions:

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Material Equipment means such equipment, which, acting in accordance with a Reasonable and Prudent Standard, the Generator could reasonably be expected to have ordered and/or concluded a supply agreement in respect of in accordance with the Target Commissioning Date, and in any event, such equipment shall include wind turbines.
