Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. Each Party shall take all actions as are within its power and otherwise use its commercially reasonable efforts so as to ensure compliance with the conditions set forth in this Section 6.

Each of the Parties shall take all such actions as are within its power to control, and shall use its reasonable efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure compliance with each of the conditions and covenants set forth in Articles 7, 8 and 9 which are for the benefit of any other Party.

(a) The Seller shall take all such actions as are within its power to control and shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure compliance with all of the conditions set forth in Section 7.1 including ensuring that during the Closing Period and at Closing, there is no breach of any of its representations and warranties.
