Act on Payment Services definition

Act on Payment Services means Act no. 370/2017 Coll., on payment services, as amended.
Act on Payment Services means the Act No 492/2009 Coll. on payment services (and amending certain laws);
Act on Payment Services means valid and effective Act No. 492/2009 Coll. On Payment Services and on the amendment and supplementation of certain act as amended, or a legal regulation that supersedes the Act.

  • investment services and activities means any of the services and activities listed in Section A of Annex I relating to any of the instruments listed in Section C of Annex I;
