The jurisdiction of this Agreement shall not include employees of the Employer as defined and excluded by the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended, or their transportation (it is further understood that the employees so listed as excluded from this Agreement shall not be employed to use the tools of the craft or to perform the work covered by this Agreement).
