Acquisition Shares definition

Acquisition Shares means the shares of an Acquiring Fund to be issued to the corresponding Target Fund in a reorganization under this Agreement.

Acquisition Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

Acquisition Shares means each class of common shares of beneficial interest of an Acquiring Fund to be issued to the corresponding Target Fund in a reorganization under this Agreement.

• The Acquisition Documents contain all the material terms of the acquisition of the Acquisition Shares.

Acquisition Shares means the 5,000,000 Purchaser Common Shares to be issued in the name of the Vendor at Closing;
