Acquisition Option definition

Acquisition Option means the method of determining the amount of the Insurance Benefit with respect to a Loan as set forth in Section V., C., 1.
Acquisition Option means the settlement of a Claim as described in Section 75.
Acquisition Option has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).

More Definitions of Acquisition Option

Acquisition Option means the settlement of a Claim as described in Section 75. “Advances” means the expenses related to a loan that you must pay as described in Section 56. “Anticipated Loss Option” means the settlement of a Claim as described in Section 76.
