Acquisition Inquiry definition

Acquisition Inquiry means an inquiry, indication of interest or request for information (other than an inquiry, indication of interest or request for information made or submitted by Parent) that could reasonably be expected to lead to an Acquisition Proposal.
Acquisition Inquiry means, with respect to a Party, an inquiry, indication of interest or request for information (other than an inquiry, indication of interest or request for information made or submitted by the Company, on the one hand, or Meerkat, on the other hand, to the other Party) that could reasonably be expected to lead to an Acquisition Proposal.
