Acquisition Certificate definition

Acquisition Certificate means an acquisition certificate executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower in substantially the form of Exhibit H.

Acquisition Certificate. The written certification of Agent to be delivered to Owner in connection with the making of the Initial Advance hereunder, which contains the information and representations of Agent as required by Section 4 of this Agreement, and which is substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
