Acquiror Stock definition

Acquiror Stock means the Common Stock, par value $0.001, of Acquiror.

Acquiror Stock means, collectively, the Acquiror Common Stock and the Acquiror Preferred Stock.

Acquiror Stock has the meaning assigned in Section 4.3(e).
