Acquired Products definition

Acquired Products shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.2.

Acquired Products means any Company Regulated Product (as defined in the Merger Agreement), including the CycloSam® product candidate developed by the Company prior to the Closing.

Acquired Products means all of Seller’s and its Subsidiaries’ network search engine products designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, sold or distributed by the NSE Business, including, without limitation, those listed on Schedule 2.1, other than the Retained Products.

Examples of Acquired Products in a sentence

• The Support Level(s) defined herein may not be applicable to the Acquired Products at the time of the acquisition, but We may, within a reasonable period of time after the acquisition, provide a description of the Support Level(s) available for the Acquired Products, which will become applicable once published on Our Support webpage.

• By accepting delivery of the Government Acquired Products, the Federal Government hereby agrees that this software qualifies as “commercial” computer software within the meaning of the acquisition regulation(s) applicable to this procurement.

More Definitions of Acquired Products

Acquired Products means any products or services developed, offered for sale, marketed or sold by (a) Mojo Networks or Duo Security, (b) any entity that has been or is acquired by a Party or its Affiliates in an acquisition with a closing date after August 1, 2018 or (c) any entity that otherwise has become or becomes an Affiliate of a Party after August 1, 2018 (“Acquired Products”). Acquired Products will be treated as New Products and subject to the 3 Year Stand Down and Dispute Resolution Process below.

Acquired Products means the computer software programs acquired by Licensee pursuant to, and listed on Schedule 1.55 of the Asset Purchase Agreement.
