Acquired Locations definition

Acquired Locations means all Business Locations (including with respect to any Business Location, the satellite office of such Business Location (if any) listed on Exhibit A), other than the Business Locations listed on the schedule of Excluded Locations, attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, or on the schedule of Partially Acquired Locations, attached hereto as Exhibit B-2, as the same may be amended or updated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement."

Acquired Locations means any locations in the policy territory acquired after the inception of this endorsement.

Acquired Locations means, cumulatively and inclusively, the locations identified on Schedule 2.1 hereto.

Examples of Acquired Locations in a sentence

• Seller shall be responsible for all costs and expenses of operations at the Acquired Locations transferred on a Closing Date through the day before such Closing Date and Purchaser shall be responsible for all costs and expenses of operations at such Acquired Locations as of such Closing Date.

• Purchaser’s acquisition of the Business and Assets with respect to the Acquired Locations on a Closing Date shall be effective as of the beginning of business on such Closing Date.

• Seller shall be entitled to all revenues of the Acquired Locations transferred on a Closing Date for the period through the day before such Closing Date and Purchaser shall be entitled to all revenues of such Acquired Locations as of such Closing Date.

• Unless otherwise provided to the contrary herein, Buyer shall be solely responsible for Taxes relating to the Acquired Assets and Acquired Locations applicable to or arising from the period from and after the Closing Date, and the Seller shall be solely responsible for Taxes relating to Acquired Assets and Acquired Locations applicable to or arising prior to the Closing.

More Definitions of Acquired Locations

Acquired Locations means the WPE branch locations identified on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Acquired Locations means the following store locations operated by Seller: Hemet, Indio, Redlands, Riverside, Victorville, Bakersfield, Xxxxxx Valley and Palmdale.
