Acquired Facilities definition

Acquired Facilities. All office space, warehouses, stores, plants, production facilities, manufacturing facilities, fixtures, furniture, office equipment, computer equipment, common areas, storage facilities, rights of way, driveways, and improvements owned or leased by the Seller or otherwise used by the Seller in connection with the operation of its business or leased or subleased by the Seller to other person or Entities, but only to the extent that the same consist of Acquired Assets.

Acquired Facilities means the following plants and facilities of Sellers: Great Lakes Plant; Midwest Plant; Granite City Plant; Seller headquarters (Mishawaka, IN); ProCoil processing and distribution center (Canton, MI); and National Steel Pellet Company (Mesabi Iron Range, MN).

Acquired Facilities. All warehouses, stores, plants, processing facilities, fixtures, and improvements owned or leased by the Seller or otherwise used by the Seller in connection with the operation of its business or leased or subleased by the Seller to other persons, but only to the extent that the same consist of Acquired Assets.

More Definitions of Acquired Facilities

Acquired Facilities means the real property and facilities described on Schedule 1 hereto.

Acquired Facilities means (a) certain real property consisting of 17 ------------------- separate parcels of land consisting of approximately 582 acres, located in Greenville, North Carolina, including (i) all rights, privileges and easements appurtenant to such property and (ii) all the improvements and fixtures located on such property, (b) certain machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, transportation, maintenance and distribution equipment, waste treatment facilities, computers, analytical equipment, instruments, communication equipment, control systems, spare parts, supplies, materials and other items of tangible personal property, (c) certain motor vehicles and (d) certain intellectual and other property, in each case as specified in the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Acquired Facilities the below-listed hydroelectric generating facilities and storage reservoir, and certain facilities and other assets associated therewith and ancillary thereto to be purchased by the Borrower from the Seller under the Acquisition Agreement: (i) Hebgen Lake storage reservoir, (ii) Madison Dam hydroelectric generating facility, (iii) Xxxxxx Dam hydroelectric generating facility, (iv) Xxxxxx Dam hydroelectric generating facility, (v) Black Eagle Dam hydroelectric generating facility, (vi) Rainbow Dam hydroelectric generating facility, (vii) Cochrane Dam hydroelectric generating facility, (viii) Xxxx Dam hydroelectric generating facility; (ix) Morony Dam hydroelectric generating facility; (x) Xxxx Dam hydroelectric generating facility, (xi) Xxxxxxxx Falls Dam hydroelectric generating facility and (xii) Mystic Dam hydroelectric generating facility.

Acquired Facilities means the first three Facilities listed on Schedule 1.

Acquired Facilities means the facilities of Sellers and its Subsidiaries located in Flippin, Arkansas; Cadillac, Michigan; and Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Acquired Facilities has the meaning given to it in the recitals.

Acquired Facilities shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(f).
