Acoustic Assessment Report definition

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

Acoustic Assessment Report means a report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and the Acoustic Assessment Report Procedure that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility.

Acoustic Assessment Report means a report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233, that documents sources of noise emissions, ( locations, dimensions , elevations, duty cycle, sound levels, etc.), and Noise Control Measures and demonstrates compliance with the Performance Limits for the Facility regarding noise emissions;

• The Company is required to have an up to date ESDM Report and Acoustic Assessment Report that describe the Facility at all times and make the Emission Summary Table and Acoustic Assessment Summary Table from these reports available to the public on an ongoing basis in order to maintain public communication with regard to the emissions from the Facility.

• Upon expiry of Condition 2.1 of this Certificate, the Company shall apply for amendment to include the current ESDM Report and the current Acoustic Assessment Report in Schedule A as Supporting Documentation to this Certificate.

• The Company may apply for renewal of Condition 2.1 of this Approval by including an ESDM Report and an Acoustic Assessment Report that describes the Facility as of the date of the renewal application.

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility. Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, by Robert Stevens, P.Eng. of HGC Engineering and dated November 25, 2016 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility, as updated in accordance with Condition 5 of this Approval;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled "North Kent 1 Wind Project - Renewable Energy Approval Application - Noise Impact Assessment", dated May 9, 2016, prepared by DNV.GL and signed by Shant Dokouzian P.Eng., C. Edwards, and S. Cho;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC- 233 by Paul Niejadlik / Golder Associates Ltd. and dated March 2011 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility;

Acoustic Assessment Report means the report included in the Application and entitled "Noise Assessment Report, Napier Wind Project, Township of Adelaide Metcalfe, Ontario", dated September 20, 2013, prepared by HGC Engineering and signed by Ian R. Bonsma, P.Eng., and Brian Howe P.Eng., HGC Engineering on September 20, 2013;
